Default uconnect module - help

i've been getting the message "hands free system loading please wait" and was told that i will be needing a new ucoonect module.. does anyone have the part number for it

i have a 2014 durango limited edition.

please help as i need to order it online as the dealer here charges twice the MSRP cost

Does the dealer charge include installation and programming, or is their charge only for the cost of the module? I don't believe the Uconnect system is plug and play, I'm pretty sure that's one of the modules that needs to be configured to the vehicle by either the dealer or a shop with the appropriate scan tool.

Yes, has to be flashed with dealer level software before the car will see it.

that ain't good news to me.. the dealer charges for everything 2 to 3 times the price

i am starting to hate the car because of these .......

I won't buy a car newer than 2007 because of all the crap they all piled on cars (all manufacturers) in 2008.
