Durango R/T transmission problems
i bought my ‘15 Durango R/T all wheel drive two weeks ago today. It has 52k miles. All of a sudden today a loud rattle & vibration coming from under the rear seat. Then all of a sudden a loud boom then the transmission wouldn’t go out of 1st. Plus in park without the parking brake on it would roll. I had to put into low range to limp it to the shop. Does anyone know what this could be & how long I could be without a vehicle?

I just purchased 2015 Durango R/T a few months ago with 25k miles on it and having trans problems. The trans was making a loud noise in reverse and hard downshifting banging the gears. The dealer replaced the trans about 3 weeks but the vehicle is still downshifting horrible to the point where the whole truck jerks. Seems to happen when going from 2nd to 1st gear. It happens a lot but not all the time. Did you have any issues like this before the transfer case issue? I am really starting to wonder about these trucks...
