So this morning on my way to work I was stopped at a red light (start/stop enabled) and suddenly the car check engine light came on and screen read put in park to start. The car was on but engine was not. I put in park and it locked it in gear and everything shut off and would not start back up. I sat there for a about 15minutes with a dead car. I got out opened the hood (didn't touch anything and got back in and it started up no problem) I called out of work because I work 45 minutes away and didn't want to risk getting stuck and I was only 2 blocks from home. But anyone have any idea what it could have been? Was it just a glitch ? I'm scared to go anywhere in case it happens again and won't start at all. Also weekend and holiday so of course dealership shops are closed .
