Is anyone besides me having problems with SiriusXM Guardian/Uconnect remote commands?

I have a 2018 Durango and the remote lock/unlock/start commands work fine up to 30 minutes after the car is turned off. After 30 minutes or so...no remote commands work. I have used the app and the Mopar Dashboard online and neither work after the car has been shut down for 30 minutes. If I touch the door handle or activate something with my FOB, the commands start working again - for about 30 minutes. Then it seems to time-out and quit.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app - no help. Since the app and the Dashboard Online react the same I know is't not my phone or app issue.

The Dealer has looked at it and started a Star-Case, but gave no other advise.
