Default Ac not working

Today I swapped out my ac condenser, had a leaking transmission cooler. Everything is back together new condenser installed. Tried to vacuum down ac and recharge system but it’s not sucking in Freon. What should I check? Everything worked great before transmission cooler swap. Could the valves on ac Compressor be stuck? 2013 Durango crew v6

Did the system hold a vacuum once you turned the vacuum pump off? Were you monitoring both the high and low pressure sides when trying to recharge? What were the readings? Were you using the correct refrigerant for your Durango?

For the price and frustration you may be better off to take this to a properly equipped shop to be evacuated and recharged.
