Default Installed Tow Harness: Service AWD light on. HVAC behaves weird.

Installed the tow harness on my 2019 R/T. Purchased from mopar website. Installed every wire they mentioned and removed the existing wires in those specific pins. Now my Service AWD light is on and the A/c system behaves strangely. I have not gotten it activated at the dealer yet since it’s Sunday. But is this normal until the vin is activated for tow? Or is the harness maybe not compatible with 2019 modes?

Actually, looks like I bought the wrong harness. I purchased part number 82213986AB_FS, which is listed for 2014-2018 Durango. One site has this part number listed for all engines.

But I should have purchased 82216007AA which is listed specifically for the 2018-2019 5.7L and 6.4L. This harness appears to actually have two harnesses. One harness is the same harness that comes in part 82213986AB_FS, but also includes a second harness of 4 wires that goes from the under hood electrical panel to some electrical panel behind the passenger side kick panel under the glove box.

Sooooo annoying that they stopped pre-wiring the R/T models.

Actually figured it out. I had the plug backwards when I pinned the harness. Swapped the pins to the correct position and all is well. But I don't know if the other harness kit is necessary or what it does.
