2017 R/T turn signal
Anyone have experience with a rear turn signal issue. The signals on my vehicle are the integrated led taillights. I checked all fuses and I have even tried to switch the rear taillight from the driver side to test it but it seeks there is no signal to the light. When the passenger side light is plugged in the driver side socket it works at it should. Any help would be greatly appreciated. It there a resistor or relay somewhere that could be faulty?
Only thing that works as is are the running light and reverse(no brake no turn signal)
when I remove the passenger side and plug it in on driver size socket it works as it should
if I try the driver side assembly on passenger side same issues, only running light and reverse

so we know the tail lamp is ok. the tail lamp is fed power from the bcm. you either have a open wire or a bad bcm.
this circuit does have fault sensing capabilities so a code may be stored in the bcm.
your options are:
-to get the code and follow its diagnostics
-go to the bcm and check for power out to the signal at the bcm pin
-locate the 2 inline connectors and check for power there.

Just so happens I just watched this video. It takes a while for the commentary...but the guy did some good work tracing wiring. Bear with it until he shows the wiring issue where it may be getting cut by framework undeneath near the rear axle.
i will be checking this issue with the wifes 18 Durango. Some offensive language but kudos to the guy doing the video.
Hope it helps. Please update your thread with what you find and your fix, in appreciation for the help you have recieved.

I just took my Durango to the dealer to fix my burned out drivers side turn signal. The service manager said there probably is a defective socket. replaced the bulb and see if it happens again. Not covered under warranty. He is still investigating. There are several videos on UTUBE about how to change the drivers side turn signal. it seems that this has been a problem since at least 2014. Sounds like we all need to get a hold of Chrysler and file a complaint. Should be a recall for safety issue. Will update when I get an answer from the dealer. See link below
