Jeep wheels on durango

Looking at 2018 Jeep Wrangler 18” wheels on my 2014 Durango citadel for winter setup.
I searched forum and couldn’t find info on the wheel in question. Any thoughts on fitment ?

Gotta be pretty close on the offset and backspacing. If you have access to the wheels, you could always try them out.

Think it will be more likely a backspace issue than caliper (diameter) clearance?

the bolt spacing are the same 5 x 127mm
the jeep rim width is 7.5
the dodge rim size is listed as 8j
