Default 2018 or 2019 Durango R/T Towing Capacity with and without towing package

I'm looking for a 2018 or 2019 White Dodge Durango R/T with a sunroof that has to have black seats with a rear bench in the $35K range. I'd like the towing package on it but am having a surprisingly hard time finding one so I'm debating purchasing one without and adding the factory class IV hitch. I'm having trouble figuring out what else comes with the tow package. I've called Dodge 3 times this week, set up 3 tickets and been cut off 3 times. I've tried multiple dealerships and received conflicting answers. I've searched here and found a thread claiming the R/T already has everything that would come in the tow package but I'm skeptical since I can't find it in writing. Does the R/T really come with heavy duty engine cooling and load leveling suspension? I might tow a 7000lb camper with it (I have a truck I normally use but would be nice to have a backup). I will tow a 4000lb boat about 100 miles a few times a year with it. I was born and raised a Ford guy so I don't have any local contacts and I'm not sure where to start.

Aside from requesting build sheet from Dodge where can I find written proof of the recommended tow capacity with and without the factory tow package? I found a manual on Dodge's website that looked good at first but the page immediately following the table dropped the rating to 3500lbs without the tow package, which I don't believe either. Any incite will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance and I apologize if this I missed a recent thread about this.

I submitted a request for a build sheet late last night and was pleasantly surprised to have it in my inbox this morning! Interestingly enough they even noted the vehicle was Canadian and that it would come with no warranty. Kudo's to them for supplying that info rather than just sending the build sheet and letting me find out the hard way!

I attached the sheet in case anyone is curious. It lists heavy duty engine cooling as well as load leveling suspension. I didn't see anything about a transmission cooler but 'building' a new one didn't mention an tranny cooler either.

I have a 2015 RT with the tow package and have used it to tow a 5400lb Jayco 25BH. When loaded up with our belongings, that's a lot for the Durango. Even with a weight distributing hitch. I could tow it on state roads no more than 55 mph, but much more than that was not comfortable, and wind or concrete pavement was a problem.

Last year we bought a Ram 1500. It tows so much better. If you 7000 lb weight that you mention is unloaded, technically I guess you are within vehicle limits. But you stand a really good chance of going over tongue weight, and based on my own experiences I would say be careful, you are right at the vehicle's limits.
