My passenger side HID is not working (2011 Citadel). I tried swapping the bulbs over and the drivers side HID does not work if plugged into passenger side socket. The passenger side bulb will not work if plugged into drivers side socket. Since bulbs do not work when performing the swap test I believe both the passenger side HID bulb and ballast must be blown? Is that a correct assumption?

Question: Where is the passenger side ballast located? I can't seem to find any instructional information online to show where this is located or the steps to replace.

Question: Is there a fuse I can check?
