Default 2014 Durango 3.6 w/P0394 p0345 after rocker arm replaced

Working on 2014 3.6l that had a ticking noise from drivers side. Removed valve cover and found 1 rocker arm roller bearing on #6 exhaust bad. Replaced all rocker arms. Got it back together and now have codes p0345 & P394. Runs fine in the bay but didn't drive it. Followed the diag procedures for the codes in Mitchell. I have measured voltage at the sensor (5v) and check wires to the PCM and all are good. Swapped sensors and problem stays at bank 2 sensor. It looks like it is sending me to the PCM to replace. Could the magnetic encoders/ends of the camshaft be the cause? could getting a magnet by the end of the cam cause an issue? I just can't believe the PCM is at fault. Any thoughts on where I should go with this or how to test for this issue?

Thanks in advance

Yeah, absolutely. Getting a magnet near those ends, or letting those ends get near each other is no good. They scramble, just like getting a magnet near an old cassette tape.
