Default Overheating

I have a 2019 Durango RT that has been overheating on me while standing still however while driving it she stays in the normal temps (203-205). Now that being said I know it’s most likely bad airflow, first thing I did was check for debris infront the radiator and it was clear. I let her warm up again to see if the radiator fan came on after it reached opt. Temp and watched it climb to 215 and fan didn’t come on and i switched it off So maybe the fuse or relay were bad but no fuse was intact and the relays checked out on both my multimeters next i checked for current on the relay slots and everything seemed to check out. Then I checked to see if the fan was dead but when I turned A/C on the fan came on so couldn’t be that. I looked for leaks or any smell of coolant but couldn’t find any, one day while it was overheating I popped the hood to see if I could find any signs of evaporating coolant and nothing however while I was inspecting the engine the radiator fan came on! I wasn’t able to see exactly what temp it kicked on since as soon as it came on the temps started dropping but it was definitely before it reached the half way line. And it clicked to me that I had gotten the radiator replaced a couple weeks before this so maybe they didn’t bleed out the air of the system, I took the bleeder screw from the water pump and was able to get a bit more coolant in but nothing too dramatic I didn’t think it would make much difference and sure enough she’s still overheating, on a whim I replaced the coolant temp sensor on the water pump while I was bleeding the air too, At this point I don’t have anymore ideas on what it could be, I have ordered a new radiator cap to see if maybe that could fix the issue I figured if they replaced the old radiator it would come with a new cap I never really took a look at the old and new one so I’m not sure if they just reused the old one.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but are you out of warranty already?

215 is within the OEM 'safe' limits for the hemi. My ram (2017) with the 5.7 will climb to 220 before the grill shutters open and then it drops like a rock back down to 195-200. I know the durango doesnt have the grill shutters like the ram, but i wouldnt be surprised if the efan comes on later.

p.s. supposedly the hemis are allowed to run hotter because they need to keep the oil warm on the deactivated cylinders when MDS is active.
