Default Tranny Leak

Hey guys! I have a 13 Durango Citadel v6 RWD with 67k on it. I've noticed that after parking there's transmission fluid leaking from the front drivers side of my baby. I popped the hood and BOOM! The plastic underbelly cover was saturated with tranny fluid, as well as the radiator. Just shocked as it is well maintained, and I haven't had any rough shifts, or a check engine notification. I'd greatly appreciate any input before I take it to the dealer, as we all know can be a bit costly with repairs. Thanks in advance for the help.

Transmission cooling system sprung a leak, maybe? If it's all over the radiator it sounds like the cooler or a line sprung a leak, and the fan is spraying it all over. That system is under pressure, so it would have to be a pinhole leak to both make the mess and not affect shifting. I'd get on that quickly, because trans fluid can catch fire if the exhaust manifold gets it hot enough. I would say if you're handy with a wrench it's not a hard fix, but as I understand it the nose has to come off to get at the radiator and that's part of the trans cooling system.
