can i have the lower grill removed without removing the bumper or complete facia of the Durango?

 

what i want to do is install tow hooks and want to make the job as easy as possible

 

I tried to swap out my the black grille inserts of my '12 Crew for the chrome inserts on a '13. Then I learned the chrome "inserts" are integral to the entire front facia and not removable. I found a '13 chrome grille on ebay but had to remove the entire front facia and replace it with the '13 facia. The entire front of the truck is a single plastic piece, but it fairly easy to remove and replace as there are fewer than a dozen (?) fasteners holding everything together.
