2012 Durango no power to TIPM

There has to be a different fuse panel somewhere. I have power to the jump post but not the tipm.

You didn't mention which sub-model of 2012 Durango you have so I guessed a Citadel. I doubt this part of the wiring is different between the sub-models. Have you checked Fuse 5 (150A)?
