great info, definately check fuel pressures, and i would also check your idle air control (IAC) and throttle position (TP) sensors/wiring if fuel delivery is good. the foot to the floor running bypasses the open loop signals to the pcm from various sensors and indicates a fault in the loop. Have you pulled any codes?
