Hi all. I'm new to this forum and looking for help.
Recently purchased a 2012 Durango Citadel AWD with the 5.7 liter engine.
The driver side passive entry does not work. It doesn't unlock when handle is touched and button on handle doesn't lock doors.
Passenger side works just fine.
Everything works with both key fobs.
I removed cover in back in trunk area and no broken wires to be seen. Still plugged in there as well. Also made sure phone was not in area. (Read something about that also).
Not a big deal but wouldn't mind having it fixed.
