So my Durango blend door was frozen and had a broken gear, so I was able to unstick the door and replaced the gear, ensured everything was lined up and reassembled.
Now when i turn the car on, the actuator cycles a few times then just does nothing and stays on the fully cold side? What did I do wrong and why won't it do anything after initally starting the car?
