Default Dodge Durango 2015 V6 3.6L : performance

Hello
I'm New!
I have a 2015 citadel Dodge Durango V6 3.6L. I'm French and I live in France.
I have a doubt if it has an engine or gearbox problem.
when I'm on the highway at 130km/h it sometimes needs to downshift to 5 to keep the 130km/h.
it looks like the engine is shutting down.
moreover it does not go up to more than 180km/h, is there a restricted motor?
and consumption is around 15L / 100km while the manufacturer writes 12L / 100km.
do you think my vehicle has a problem?
in advance thank you for your help.

Do you have a check engine light on? Definitely sounds like an issue but something that extreme should be setting some type of fault code I would expect. Driving 130kph in 5th gear would most definitely result in poor fuel consumption as your RPM would be very high. I'm thinking 6-7000+ probably? How does the car perform from a stop, does it have alot of throttle response taking off or is it sluggish? Does it ever shift up to 8th gear?

thank you for your answer.
Yes, but I didn't think there was a connection. the light indicates an error code P0455 system evaporation, leak
yes, I have a lot of throttle response taking off.
and the car often shifts to 8th gear

I'd ask if you checked the trans fluid but I'm not sure if you can on these or if the dealer has to do it? I even own one so I should figure that out....
