Customer Complaints/Screen Delamination
Hi Everyone. I have a 2018 RT Durango and have finally fell victim to the screen delamination that seems to happen in the 2018 models. I am way past warranty but reached out to customer service just to see if they could help. They explained I had to take it to the dealership have them assess etc. I did that and I have not heard from my case worker ever. Its been a month. Every time I call back I cant leave a message, and get transferred to a rep. They refuse to give me a direct number to my caseworker, they say they will have them call but they never do. I have asked for a supervisor and to no avail. Does anyone have any other tips on how to get at least in touch with someone? Is complaining/posting on social media sites the only way to get anyone to listen anymore?
