Blower randomly shut off and turns on
2012 durango crew 3.6L 162800 miles
start car, turn ac on take 30-45 seconds for blower motor to turn on, blows cold air approximately 45-60 seconds and shuts off, wait 1-2 minutes and blower motor comes on cabin starts to cool off and blower motor shuts off again. Have check ac system charge and it has good pressures, has anyone experienced this issue?

The charge of the A/C system will not have a direct effect on the blower motor speed, other than to lower the speed when the system believes the cabin temperature has reached the desired setting. So in that case a low charge in the hot summer would cause the blower to run high speed nearly non-stop because the cabin temperature would not be cooling.
Does the blower motor remain on at the set fan speed if you turn off Auto mode, so do you get the same behavior? Do you have a way (test light or multimeter) to test power and ground at the blower motor when it's not running? When it does come on, does it come on seemingly full speed or at a reduced speed?
You may need to check the HVAC system for diagnostic codes using a professional-grade scan tool or AlfaOBD with a mobile device.
