Default What suspension parts causes the Stupid clunking noise

I searched "load leveling" and read every post that remotely addressed the clunking noise from the rear end when going over bumps but they were all for the earlier 2011/2012 models and I would think "Surely they can't still be having the same problems 8 years later" but here we are. I get it that for some reason the load leveling shocks are a problem but does anyone know what actually causes the clunk? Is it the shock itself? Is it a bushing? I am trying to figure out what I need to replace without replacing the whole damn thing.
Can someone help with a part number of what I need to replace to fix this issue? It's the wife's car and I don't want to hear the clunk AND her complain at the same time.

I found this in a TSB but it doesn't give any part numbers. Does anyone know if this part is serviceable and can be changed?

For anyone that needs it, I believe this is the part number for the item in the TSB.

I am going to pull my shock off and see if it looks anything like one of those 2 images above.
