Uconnect not working after replacement

Has anyone had to replace Uconnect more than 1X? 2016 Durango; 75K miles Replaced the Uconnect 6 moths ago after many months of the popup message "vehicle phone requires service" followed by no response to change climate then followed by complete black screen I get in my vehicle today and all the preset radio channels are gone and I receive the "vehicle phone requires service" message for the first time since replacement When the dealer replaced the unit, they said it is under warranty but this feels excessive to replace so quickly Thanks!
