2017 GT: Lukewarm at best air from Driver's side only?

2017 GT: Lukewarm at best air from Driver's side only?
My wife drives a 2017 GT. She's having an issue where she is getting lukewarm, at best, air from just the driver's side. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions?
I don't know when I can get to the blend actuator to check it, but I'm looking for more ideas that I can do at the same time if I've got everything apart to check that.
