Unhappy 2012 Jeep SRT8 Cluster in a 2011 Durango RT.... Help!!!

So........

Why?
1. 180mph speedo
2. Cool Blue rings
3. Possible SRT information
4. Because I can

Problems........

1. Lost control of the AWD control **** (it does nothing meaning I can't switch into AWD low)
2. Lost the digital speedometer in center EVIC (option is gone)
3. There is an option for rear chime for liftgate that enables it to be turn on/off (does nothing and old setup did not have it)
4. AWD **** does not enable any of the SRT modes.
5. Initial display had the SRT checkered flag on startup but now reverted back to standard Jeep (with icon).

Questions....

I have seen people swap out clusters on Chargers and post 2014 Jeeps with digital clusters from other cars or china/specials. Would AlfaOBD allow me to enable settings to return at least my digital speedometer and AWD auto/low control? I spent some coin on this, would like to use it, and need some help before I spend some more money. Thanks for the interest!

Well.... This will be the last post on this.
I have seen videos of people getting AlfaOBD and the OBDLink MX+ to try to program "in" support for the cluster. In more details, the software ($50) does allow you to go into the vehicle configuration and turn on or "set" the vehicle as an SRT.

Drump Roll......

This did absolutely nothing. There were things like throttle relearn and RFE relearn that and other features that are amazing. What I needed it for did not work for me and might not work for any of you either. Now, I have to try to resell the SRT cluster in the hopes that someone else might be able to use it (not a plug - still thinking about it).

SRT on the left and standard 140mph on the right. Note: the v6 140mph cluster has a 6500rpm redline!

Back of the SRT. The two plugs are absolutely pin compatible with the standard cluster (this is from a 2012 Jeep SRT8).

Stock unit from my R/T. All clusters after 2013 have gone to a single plug. I am not sure if I can use those.

There are vertical white lines running down the EVIC on the right part of the screen. The unit was very dirty and possibly just needs to be replaced. I have seen pricing of $90 but I would more than likely ****** a cluster from a standard Durango or Jeep and install it.
