I couldn't give the truck any gas in a turn or else the tires would break loose and try to send me sideways. I HATE Sumitomos
So now you speak up! I have just a bit of rain as we still have a drought going on, so any wet weather performance may end up being in February or March of '13. What I have seen I have been on chip seal and concrete roads. So the traction control has not kicked on under acceleration nor have I any panic stops to test the ABS. How ever when it did rain it only rained enough to bring the oil to the surface and any meaningful analysis was moot as every thing spins or slides. But I well keep your post in mind once I see some real rain.

UPDATE:
Sept 25, 2013
I have the Sumi on and I find after sitting all week, they take about 30 minutes of driving to get round again.(insert rough ride icon here) Still drought conditions and any meaningful wet weather is not available. What wet I had to use them in traction control kicks in.

Well I only had the Sumitomos on the back since they charged me $500 as it was for 2 tires which I thought was high to begin with especially now since I got 4 A/T tires for 1300 and they are 100x better than the Sumitomos were. I rarely ever get wheel spin on wet roads anymore even when I try to get them to break loose

Just took off a set of Hankook RF-10's. New ones a Firestone Destinations AT's. I would buy either tire again. Both are great.

My 1500 came with the Goodyear Fierce Attitude M/T 35's and I'm very happy with them. Prior to this 08 Ram, my 02 1500 had the Toyo Open Country A/T's. Good tire as well!

bfg all terrain ko's 315-70 r17. I will never buy these again. I am looking at pro comp extreme all terrains in 35-12.5 r17 load E. But I am driving a heavier beast now, a diesel Excursion.

Red face Goodyear is a good company......

It is just that those Wrangler HPs suck. I mean they are the worst thing on these trucks. I too have spun for no good reason in wet weather other than the ground is wet. They are not the tire for these trucks, although, I believe the Wrangler SRS is a very good tire. Now, I run Bridgestones Dueler Alenza with across the board A ratings. So far, so good. Hemi's forever Ole !

Cooper Zeon LTZs. Awesome tire for the money, and little to no drone driving on the highway. They are meaty and look great on the truck. MPGs with mine are the same as factory. I have 15K on mine so far and they still look new..
