So thats to say that after installing a tune, the tune is there, even though the display shows Stock?

If thats the case I'm totally unhappy with the performance of it because there is absolutely no difference amongst the tunes and the stock setting.

I do like the fact that the Tire Size can be programmed, but hell the dealership can do that for me for a lot less than 400 bucks.

If thats the case then I will be getting in touch with SC regarding the 'kick you in the pants and put a smile on your face - or your money back' guarantee that one of the SC guys was talking about earlier in the thread.

I hope this isnt the case though.

Correct. If you go into "View Settings", it's not working.

You should have noticed a good bit of difference after you tuned the truck. If your issue continues, I would call customer service on Monday. 1.888.227.2447

You think they should slap it together like other tuner companies and give you a product that negatively impacts your ride? I don't.

Lock outs? You can't use the "View Settings" function. That is not a lock out.

You can use the tuner. If you choose not to, call customer service on Monday. 1.888.227.2447

I am waiting to hear back from SC, now it won't be until Monday. I know they are busy, but I talked to a rep early this afternoon, he said he would look into it. I finally got in touch with him at 4:45 and he said he hadn't heard anything and it probably won't be until Monday afternoon.
I cannot view any of my settings. When I click on the 'View Settings' it does nothing. It beeps when I push the 'ok' button, flashes like it is going to do something, then goes back to the menu screen. So I don't know if my 'view settings' is working because I can't even get that far.
I am pretty sure I have a tune on my truck because the shift points are raised and the mds is off, but who knows for sure.

Not a big fan of all this uncertainty about the tuner. I guess I will just wait until Monday before I hook it up to my truck, just in case I need customer service.

It means, you can use the tuner. The only thing not working is "View Settings". "View Settings" has nothing to do with tuning the vehicle.

If you don't feel comfortable using the tuner now, wait for customer service on Monday.

This blows!!!

I have to make a few heavy dump runs with my truck and trailer today and had planed to instal the "Tow Tune" so I figured I would be smart and check for any updates for the tuner first. Well **** I got the same crap as you! "the 0 programmer is temporarily disabled"

I have not done anything to my truck though. I havent been to the dealer or anything like that. Why is my tuner down?
