well i did this a few weeks ago on my 07 4.7 not electric throttle body, and i cant say that i could tell a difference????

Of course you didn't. How could you possibly think that grounding the TB would make a difference on a manual throttle cable? LMAO...

Well first off it does have electrical plugs so therefore i figured lets give it a shot. second at the time i was unaware that the newer model trucks had an electric throttle. But thanks for the here's your sign alert.

Are you trying to do a DIY Fogzilla (High Beams with Fogs)
Thats as easy as attaching one wire from a relay to a relay.
Are you wanting to keep your truck stock? If not id find a Programmer that suits you and every programmer that ive seen will turn off the MDS and give you a little HP to.

I had good response in throttle after installing mine.
Im constantly off road so i figured my grounds have to be going bad.
I installed mine after i had a SC, CAI and TRMdelete and could still feel a nice difference in response

i was really excited to try this! till i saw redram2007 post, and unfortunatly i have a 2007 4.7 as well, so guess it wont work... yall Hemis have all the fun!

Take your TB out and clean it up if you havent already, you wont see any power gains but it will be better

I was surprised at the difference I noticed. Especially the improvement in shifting. Who'da thunk it?
