What are you benching? Before I hurt myself two years ago, I was putting up 335 for 6...

 

i actually just got back into lifting, the 4 years ive been out here in texas ive just been eating lol. (fractured wrist, shattered right hand, dislocated knee, all diff times)

straight bench- 270 (3 x45s each side) plus 45#bar so 315
decline bench machine 400
incline bench machine 250

i pull stack on most tricep machines

btw all weights are min 10 reps, single max lifts dont count to me.

and no your honor i have never used HGH, its called havin ***** lol.

sadly my buddy that weighs like 170 can pull stack on a bicep machine (cant stand bicep machines)

 

straight bench for ten I would get, 305-15 depends on what day..

 

yeah it can vary, esp if theres a cute chick nearby (thats when the gruntin kicks in) haha

damn raider you did exactly what i was planning. it was a regular SLT and now look at it.

i was gonna get a black SLT, paint the grille and the back bumper but buy the oem sport front bumper and get night runner headlights. hopefully i can find a black sport where all i have to do is get night runner headlights. nice work though dude. had a nice *** truck to begin with and made it beautiful afterwards!
