Default 4x2 Guys with lifted trucks... How 'bout posting some pics!

Been a hot debate around here forever about whether guys with 4x2's should lift their trucks. I've always said "It's your truck, your cash, do what you want", & "There is only one person you need to worry about being happy with your truck!"

So, granted, a lifted 4x2 is more of a "for looks" thing. There is almost always a "lifted 4x4 owners, post 'em up" going on somewhere, but I never see anything for you guys with lifted 4x2's. Now it's your turn. So, my 2WD brothers, let's see 'em...

Even better, I'll judge the best looking one. You'll be my un-official and un-forum sanctioned "4x2 of the month". Only rule is you gotta have some kinda lift, level kits count too.

Since I've had seven full size trucks in my life and all have been 4x4's, I'm out.

Damn guys, i know some of you have your 4x2's lifted. Lets get those pics up.

I am all for it. Some people live in temperate climates, and dont off road. Makes since to save the cash on 4x4. I see plenty of big azz 4x4's that have never seen an unpaved road. That is whats dumb.

If you dont need 4x4, but like the looks, why not. go for it.

Hey, no 4x2 bashing! There are other threads here where that's getting done. I seriously want to see some nice, lifted 2wd trucks! It seems like there are always threads with tons of lifted 4x4's or lowered 4x2's but never lifted 4x2's. These guys never get to strut their stuff, it's their turn...

I can't figure out why people make such a big deal about having 4wd. I've had my 4x2 for three years now and I've never gotten stuck. I have over 200 acres ofuncut wooded land that I go hunting on, and even when it's muddy and snowing, I always make it out. It's also to much money for something that I don't need. Oh yeah, I'm putting a 3" lift with 33's on it this summer.

well this being my first vehicle.....i just wanted a nice looking truck. its florida....theres no hills of any sort. i can get through mud...done it many times before. my truck is definatly more for looks than performance. and IMO a lifted 2WD and a pavement queen 4x4 is about the same. ya the 4x4's nice and my next truck will definatly be equiped with it!

right now a i have a 3" body lift. 2.5" leveling kit sitting on my kitchen counter....and 35x12.5R20 DC FC-II's coming soon!

Too bad you ain't got that stuff yet. Although the body lift is enough to qualify, because the FCII's would give you a lock!
Cool thing about this thread, it's mine! No voting to calculate, I'm the sole Judge. And most ofyou know what stuff I like on a truck. Oh, and by the way, not only can I be bought, but flattery will get you very far...
