When I was looking, I came across a couple of backup cams that would display in a rear view mirror that you installed; worked like a regular mirror until you put it in reverse, then you could see the cam. Gentex makes a cool looking one.

i have some lights on the rear bumper to assits in reversing and they work great for backing up...im thinking about looking into a back up camera to go along with it. my brother has a camera and lights and the camera is very handy for backing up to a trailer but not so good for periphreal viewing

I already have the Nav system radio in my dash. It's op manual mentions turning a rear camera on and off. Can I just purchase the camera and have a complete system? I would assume the wiring harness is already there. The only other thing I could think I might need is a little circuit board to plug into the radio. Anybody do this?
