Yamaha all the way! If you are looking for a Sport quad,YFZ 450,if you want a Utility quad you cant go wrong with a Yamaha Grizzly any size you can afford.(I personally have a Grizzly 660) My wife has a Wolverine 450 4x4 it's a nice combo of sport and Utility.

Beyond that, the Can ams are nice if you are rich. Then I'd say Honda next just because they are built like a Hammer, then Suzuki,Kawasaki,Polaris in that order with the exception of the Polaris Sportsman, they are pretty nice, just heavy is all.

Here's mine...

you cant go wrong with a honda. they are damn near bullet proof!!!! i had a 07 trx 450R and it was freakin crazy fun!!! im 6'1" and 350 lbs and it would hold a wheelie as long as i held the throttle! that thing spun the tires in every freakin gear!! but they only make them in 2wd. so if you wanna play in the mud ur basically screwed.

the big problem with the 700 is that it is so freakin heavy!!!! if my 450 got stuck i could just grab the front end and move it where i needed. i tried that with a 700 at my local shop and bout dropped a nut!!!! lol also a mildly modded 450 can keep up with a 700 for the most part.
