Too bad it never caught on like the three other big time sports but limited seating and low scoring will do it all the time.

yeah we were talking about that after the game. thats why so many teams are building new bigger arenas. the RBC center (where the canes play) is one of the biggest arenas in the league. and it only has like 20 thousand seats. football stadiums have like a million seats.

 

wouldnt they charge more for tickets if they add more seats!!!

 

I don't know which topic to respond to, lol....

I'm officially hooked on hockey my damn self. Went to my first game at one of our local colleges (Liberty University). They're not NCAA recognized, so I guess its more or less a rec league, but they're one of the best in the nation. They played Rutgers when I saw them, smashed them 8-2. For some ol uptight Christian boys, they sure were smacking the hell outta each other (no pun intended). We got to stand RIGHT at the glass, on one of the corners. A 10man brawl broke out right in front of us, awesome!!

I played football for ten years, and love it to this day, but I have a WHOLE new respect for those hockey players after seeing the game in person.

BTW Rocket, you have some Grande Huevos to try and pull that lameass line(s).

 

no actually tickets would probably be cheaper cuz they could sell more of them!!
