If real, that is amazing, but looking at it, it appears to be able to go either way.
What seems fake is how the pole is sitting. It got wedged that hard in between the bumper, yet it fell away from the hood. The angle appears to be pretty well the same between the pictures, so that seems real. It's bad that it's too bad quality of picture. The second one is the last one blown up a little bit, so you lost quality in there.
Also, if I was taking those pictures, I'd show how the pole is stuck in the hood, not just pics from a distance.

 

the pics look real to me. the story i don't believe. no way you could hit that and then drive yourself somewhere. airbag would wake you the f' up real quick

Seen that floating around over the last few years and still wonder on the purpose of putting a traffic control device there.
