Truck is looking good! Easy to believe increase on the highway, that v6 works to dang hard for good mpgs.

That pour thing lasted 130,000 miles.

Cowboy , Where did you get that hood , or did you put the scoops on yourself.. Are they functionable..

I had the 340 twin snorkel hood scoop molded from a company called AAR Quality Fiberglass Reproductions out in Cocoa, Florida. To date, it isnt functional until I complete the under side for air flow and water run off.

V~6 motors don't belong in full size trucks. They don't have the torque needed to do the jobs expected from a full body . I had a 1997 , Ram back in 2000 . It was the 2nd Dodge truck I ever had and It had a V~6.
The interior light and windshield leaked when it rained. The Dash was cracking at 70k miles and it was way underpowered..It was the biggest POS I ever owned..My first Dodge truck was an 80's model with a Slant 6..It was a "POWERHOUSE" , I Loved that truck..
The slant 6 felt like it had as much HP and torque as a small V~8 . Maybe when a Motor company has something good they should stick with it and just make it better..

"YAMAKI" ~ That is one sweet looking truck , no doubt.. All it needs is Cowboy's hood and a tonnue cover.. "SweeT" ....
