You will need spindles (there are spindles for reg cabs and for quad cabs). You will also have to decide which brakes you want, the 04 floating calipers or the 05-06 fixed calipers (both use the same 15" rotor). I have pics floating around here somewhere of the finished product with the 05 calipers.
Ebay and craigslist are your best friend sin this endeavor. The only thing I got from pick-a-part was front springs they had discounted. For example, these are a reg cab 2004 setup. These will change your handling characteristics as well, as the caster/camber settings are different. Don't worry, this is a good thing for performance handling. You can use the 04 brakes that come with them, or you can get the 05-06 calipers and they are a straight bolt on (either year will work with the 04-05 spindles). The 06 is the oddball, avoid these unless you have an 06+ truck. If you intend to lower the truck, there are no less than 3 reg cab prelowered Dana 60's from these trucks on ebay right now. Feel free to ask any questions, and I have a couple threads in here somewhere about them.
