actually the grille was quite difficult. i tried myself before having a friend that does custom grilles do it for me. but i never put my truck on ebay, don't know where that rumor came from. i had to trade it in due to the arrival of my 4th baby boy. simply no room in the truck for my mini football team lol. it was a great toy though, but i needed more and i wasnt able to trade in my wife's lincoln since it was too upside down at the time and having 3 car payments is just silly. but being that i had so much into the truck i was able to trade it in without buying my way out of the negative equity. i traded it in for a fully loaded jeep commander. as much as i love ram trucks, i really dont regret my decision. the jeep is the best vehicle i've ever owned and it'll be one i keep for life. least it's still mopar right? but no worries, the lincoln is paid off in 4 more months and i'll be putting it on autotrader and getting another ram. this time a black 4x4 CTD (only 35s next time tho) and the wife will drive the jeep for a while. thats why i've kept my account here. i'll be back soon enough

ive always been here. i come in every couple weeks or so and just read but rarely log in. didnt know it was on ebay, i was really curious what they did with it. they gave me so much for it i just knew they wouldnt make anything off of it. i guess they did tho, good for them. i felt like i was ripping them off for a minute there lol. the guy that did my grille is Don at Rims4Less.com. dont know if he's still doing them or not but it doesnt hurt to ask.

Yes xill I too found it on eBay as another member on another forum did too and posted up about it... It's to bad you had to let it go but in the end you'll have what you wanted to begin with right...

 

yea it's all working out for the best. i got to experiment a lil and have some fun. was my first truck, first lifted vehicle, and i was fortunate enough to learn alot from it. no regrets, the next one will be 10x better.

 

Damn, I get all this far and the wind gets sucked right out my intake! Was/is a damn fine truck! IMHO that is about the perfect stance. Guess we'll have to wait to see the next one.

he didnt charge me anything. mine was the guinea pig prototype but he was selling them for around $500 i believe. as far as the CTD, i really dont know right now, but it's gotta be black this time, and hopefully well-equipped. a mega cab that already has a lift would be sweet! guess it all depends on whats available this spring. hoping to catch a good deal on a '06-'09 since they redesigned the ram in '10, but the CTDs dont exactly lose their values all that fast so we'll see.

 

Yea I'm crazy about the mega ctds w dually. They look like a monster stock, and just a level makes em tall as heck
