Not making fun at all. I like it, I've just never seen one like that. Usually they're over done with too many angles and such. I showed it to my wife and she liked it too.
Did you make a rear as well?

Thanks for the compliments, i had light holes in it before but i kept destroying the lights due to water damage
so i just said screw it and got rid of them.
The entire idea of it was to make sure i could pick the truck up with my bumper jack without screwing anything up. Its a little hard to change a tire with the stock jack that comes in the truck on the side of a the road/trail so had to think of something.

Good thinking with the whole jacking situation.. How thick of steel did you use for the bumper? 1/4"? You've inspired me to try drawing up plans and making a bumper again! I drafted up plans for a rear bumper a few months ago and that worked out good, I started making it and it was turning out like the drawing no problem but then when I tried to replicate a road armor front bumper I got all cluster ****ed with my drawings with all the angles and things just werent adding up, so I gave up and now I have a half finished rear bumper sitting in my shed and thats as far as that project got...
I've always liked the look of a lifted truck that didn't touch the body. I think it looks so clean with the stock bumpers with a big lift and the stock wheels. I hate winches, and custom metal bumpers, light racks, back racks, uh, just all add on junk in my opinion. Nothing looks better than a clean looking truck in my opinion.
