No deal, you can get a decent kit for less than 100$, and it is was too easy to install yourself. The forum sponsor has kits starting at 60$ just check the marketplace with the link at the top of the page. Just a little advice though, try to stick with digital ballasts, they are much more reliable.

agreed if i redo mine i would do them myself seeing how easy it was, tho the 130$ price range for a full lifetime warranty on everything including bulbs sold me

Agree with everyone else. The only way you should pay that (installed) is if you have absolutely no exp with wiring.
