It's pretty sweet so far! Sounds awesome. Just need to fill up the old airbox space now with 2nd battery.

to the O.P., could you give a list of all the parts you used? Just so I'll know what to ask for

All the tubing and rubber connectors i got from Lowes:
3-4" Rubber PVC Connector
4-6" Rubber PVC Connector
90 Degree PVC Street Elbow
I also added a PVC Male to Male adaptor to make the tube longer (4")
6" bolt you can bend or threaded rod to custom mount the filter cap

The rest is from auto parts store:
Dipstick Grommet to hold MAF Sensor (GM# 65113)
I got the 14"x3" Holley Filter but any will work

I decided to cut all but an inch off the elbow vertically to set the filter closer to the engine. It sits up a little high at first (specially if someone attempts this without a body lift).

That looks awesome, I've missed the big round air filter I had on my 01 Ram, I loved the way it sounded. I'm definitely going to look into doing this on the 05
