Got a 07' 1500 big horn 4.7. 4x4 slt quad with 20x9 tires.

What would it take to get a square tow hitch on there.
Weld? Bolts? Cost?

Thanks guys!

If you don't want to do it yourself, call a camper store some place that sells or ors on RVs.

Adding a hitch is fairly simple. Nuts and bolts.

I wish they'd make 3rd Gen DIY easier to find.

Ain't never installed a hitch on a pickup truck. This old tourney fishin', farm raised redneck would never consider buying a truck without the factory tow. With factory tow, you get things you really need besides just the hitch like a tranny cooler and 7 pin wiring.

Done one on my two Wranglers, my Dodge Raider and my ex's Grand Cherokee though. In all those cases I had a full size 4x4 pickup with factory tow, but wanted a hitch so I could use them to tow my bass boat to tournaments in case my truck was ever down. Came in VERY handy on the ex's GC when the Furd F150 I owned at the time decided to drop a piston with only 14k miles on it!

But it's not hard:
