Default 04 Ram w/ 4.7 is overheating.

Hey all, My truck has been overheating. In the last week I've replaced the radiator cap, thermostat, fan clutch, and water pump but it's still getting hot. It will sit and idle with A/C on all day and stay at 1/2 mark, or even driving slow through town is fine but as soon as I get it on the highway it jumps to 3/4 within a few miles. What am I missing?
