The body shop did an excellent job on the body. I'm not sure it was worth the money being a street truck. But it is the way I wanted it. So you do what you gotta do. I still got a little paint work to do, but the paint has really been worked over. I will redo the hood and front bumper later.

i was quoted 600+ because they would have to paint the whole bed. i wan told this by 4 different shops. i cant half *** the paint job so a bolt on was my only option for now. welding is free its the painting im worried about

I know what you mean, I went to a shop and wasn't happy with what they did and then took my time to find a shop that would do the job the way I wanted and it double the costs, plus I had the tail gate done. But with the clear coating and all it looks pretty good. I would like to go a total wet look at some time in the future. But performance mods come first.

If I had another truck I would drop it and do a roll pan just like these. They look good

That looks great! I love mine as well... just makes it almost impossible for me to get in the bed with the 2/4.5" drop haha

Gah I want one of these so bad! They go for around $100 here. How much should it cost to get it painted? I don't want to get completely screwed cuz I'm looking to get one soon!

I don't know any painter that would get his gun dirty for less than $100. Being it needs prep, primer, paint, clear. I'd say your looking at $175-225 depending on the color. Material itself isn't cheap. I'd be scared if someone said $80. I'd prob not go with them.

I would do the install yourself. I would also have them spray the inside(backside) of the rollpan as well to reduce any issue's of rusting from areas that can't be sprayed to clean. Figure more if they have to install as well.

I notice your location as the Phillipines. Did you get any of that storm? Hope not.
