Dude, I say keep the truck, it's beautiful! Especially the hood stripes...same as mine...only mine can't sport the 5.7 but I personally would love to have a truck just like yours.

 

I ordered them matte black. They're new parts.

 

Thanks for all the input. The idea behind a new truck/project is because it's about my only hobby other than deer hunting and I can only do that 2 months a year. I do love the truck and get lots of compliments, but the real fun is the build, with one of my best friends. Once it's done, you get a lot of "ooh's and ah's", but I'm not interested in that stuff. I built it for me and I'm getting antsy. It may not come right away, but eventually I have to go bigger and badder. I have my eye on a set of 38's, but that get into gear changes, brakes, etc... so I need to think it through.
