Plasti dip vs Truck bed coating?

That's cool stuff, the plasti-dip. I have a drink fridge that need that on the wire shelves.

I would recommend plasti dip if u stay on the pavement, if u go off roading alot, paint it. thats what i did and looks great, and plus if u get a little scratch do 45 seconds of light sanding, spray it again and looks good as new..... if u get a scratch in plasti dip, u can plastidip over it but it will show because it rips, thats just my experience but like noted i take mine on 4 wheeler paths

since the plasti dip comes in other colors, how well would it work on door handles and side mirrors??? my truck is the standard white and was wondering if the white plasti dip could be applied to handles, tailgate handle, and mirrors. do you think it would hold up with constant opening of the doors? also the white won't match perfectly but might be better than oem black. what do you guys think??

i say try it and post up some pics. and if you dont like it just peel it back off

The nice thing about plasti dip if it doesnt work, or you dont like it you can simply cut it and tear it off...kind of like tape.
