You get it powercoated or plasti dip

 

I actually sanded it down and painted it with duplicolor primer, color, and clear. The bumpers I used some cheap bed liner spray. The grill is plastic so the chrome is easy to get off with sand paper. The bumper is a different story, it chips but I just touch it up.
