2004 ram 1500 rear end

Anyone know of where i can get a complete rear axle, remanufactured, or low mile 9.25, 3.92 ratio rearend from.

Has anyone done a complete swap out? I can't find detailed instructs on how to do it yourself. Any help appreciated
