The manifold looks to me as a horsepower maker. Lets us know what you think of it when you get it installed.

You will not be able to use the elbow from XV unless you have an LX front cover or you ditch your A/C and use a 3" spacer:

I read that with a 1" spacer the elbow can be rotated 90 degrees over the passenger valve cover. I don't have personal experience in doing this. But believe this was for trucks only.

The best place to ask about how big of a bore you can get is a local machine shop being they have the books. Normally, 0.060" of an inch is traditional but thats also on older engines where they had thicker sleeves to bore out that big.

Call Art at Hensons Motorsports or Stu an Inertia Motorsports and they can better answer how much you can actually bore. Make sure whatever shop does the boring for you that they use a deck plate to keep the sleeves straight while boring.

The problem with this is the throttle body will be resting on the ign coils and back near the a/c accumulator. Probably not a problem with n/a but this sucks for forced induction.

Going for the biggest bore won't necesarily give you the best bang for your buck. I would reccomend doing a stroker kit if your looking for some serious HP upgrades.

Also, You may want to be careful on maxing out your bore if you plan to run a blower or Nitrous. You want a little more wall thickness when going that route.

if you plan to run nitrous because of cost, i would reconsider. N20 is very expensive to do properly and there's constant cost involved, where as N/A is a one shot deal.

You can bore the 6.1 hemi to a 7.4.

I know you can bore the 5.7 to a 6.7 after that, I don't know.
