I used to have a Warn Trans4mer grill on the front of mine and they are really nice and heavy. HammerZ71 has one also.

Ranchhand should have what your are looking for. You could always build your own.

The Warn is very strong, for just a grill guard, but not in the league of a Ranch Hand UNLESS you add the winch mount. With that big, heavy 1/4" steel winch mount it would handle a deer IMO, but not without it.

The 16k rated winch mount is a tall, heavy beast, but I had to swap it out for the smaller 9k one as my newer integrated winch won't mount up to the big one.
