Anyone with a BakFlip G2 with the panels made out of ABS plastic having issues with cracking on the panels ? If so have you tried to repair it ? I know ABS is tricky to repair and I'm worried that if I repair it I'll get cracks in other places.

I've had mine since June of 2008 and all 4 panels have cracks in them, I keep it washed and treated to prevent cracking but still I have some horrible cracks, some going all the way to the inner core now. I sent an email to BakFlip and they will sell me a new cover at cost but I'm not willing to shell out more $$ for another cover that might have the same issue. I know it has a one year warranty but the ABS plastic panels should have lasted a little over 2 years.
